For 10 weeks, Moa does her LIA at Turn Consulting! We are so happy to have Moa as an intern and we look forward to continuing to learn together with her.
Moa is studying to be a Social Media Manager at Nackademin and will focus on content and advertising on social media here at Turn. 🌟

“I'm so excited to challenge myself in my role as social media manager. It will be very interesting to gain insight into how to work with social media at a company that offers a service with a positive impact on society. ”

Work-based learning (LIA), or internship as it is also called, is often linked to an education. The purpose of LIA is for the student to learn in a real environment and perform the tasks that are linked to their professional role. During the LIA period, the student must, among other things, gain work experience prior to future employment. The internship period is also for the student to have a chance to develop and learn more about their area. Depending on where you are in your education, there can also be great chances of getting any employment at your LIA place after the period. Win win, we think!
