Our verification

At Turn, we then perform a verification of the matched candidates consisting of a call to verify that there is a person behind the screen. The interview is conducted for legal reasons and does not affect the outcome of the recruitment or selection. If the employer so wishes, we also identify any references well as an occurrence in the criminal record.

The employer then conducts interviews/tests according to its preferences.
