Since the turn of the year, Turn Consulting has had a local presence in Örebro where Ture Eknor is operational. Today, Tures' work as a market developer at Turn was noticed in Nerikes Allehanda with the focus topics labor market, recruitment and youth unemployment after the corona pandemic.

Ture is 20 years old and lives in Nora. He studies economics at Örebro University, plays football in the A-team in Nora BK and if he gets time over, he is happy to spend that time on the golf course. In addition, every day he helps more young people to get into working life early.

We want to create a recruitment process that is not governed by nepotism and prejudice. A person's qualities and personal strengths should come first in a recruitment process, not that you happen to know the right people, look in a special way or have the right last name, says Ture.
