Our recruitment process is there to streamline your work. We, therefore, take the recruitment process off your shoulders and present candidates only when they are quality assured. This is how a recruitment process usually works with us:

→ needs analysis

The first step is that you answer a form on the website where you specify how many part-time workers you want and tasks for these. The required requirements profile for recruitment is filled in here.

→ matching

Your staffing needs are then matched with the student portal. The matching is automated, which means that the students' answers will be matched automatically with the characteristics you are looking for in the part-time workers.

→ interview

The candidates who were matched in the selection process conduct a conversation and work tests (optional) with us at Turn to verify the personality analysis. Then you get the opportunity to interview the candidates according to your preferences.

→ employment

After the selection process, you will have the final say on who will get the job. Thereafter, the selected student(s) is at your disposal and Turn's active work is completed.
