We started with a simple purpose. We want to make it easier for students to enter working life. Without knowledge and years of experience from the traditional recruitment industry, we sat down at the drawing board and began to sketch out how recruitment should work. This later became Turn Consulting.

Entering as a new player in a traditional industry allowed us to redefine the concept of recruitment. For us, it means doing things differently. 

We have involved AI and automation in our recruitment process - a matter, of course, to ensure quality, anonymize and future-proof a platform for future generations.
